Key Responsibilities:- Assists in providing leadership in all selling activities within the hotel, working closely with the Rooms, Food and Beverage and other revenue-generating departments to maximize sales through the activities of the Sales Department and other employees.
- Manage the Sales & Marketing team to maximize market position of the hotel on an ongoing basis.
- Leads and manages all day-to-day activities related to the sales function with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of property sales objectives.
- Responsible for the training of sales team.
