In order to support the development of the portfolio for our Ruminant business, we are seeking an Administrative and Marketing Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will report to the Global Strategic Marketing Manager for Ruminant Feed Additives and assist the Global Ruminant Marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Senior Marketing Coordinator in updating the document library, including product documents, test summary documents, and bibliographic collections.
- Take charge of operational marketing action logistics, including special actions repartition, shipment, and follow-up with territories.
- Occasionally support in event organization and logistics.
- Work with the commercial sales team to gather information from customer labels, create a database, and propose the best way to share it back.
- Conduct market surveys: gather data to support market assessments, conduct market interviews, and look for data sources.
- Digital marketing: create, execute, and send internal and external emailing campaigns for the Ruminant team.
- Update documents and improve the design of PowerPoint presentations.
- Advanced professional English.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools, including emailing tools and Microsoft Suite.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in company administration, management, marketing, or market research.
- Basic functionalities of graphic design software, including Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.
- Marketing intelligence and marketing skills with an interest in agronomy, agriculture, or animal sciences.
- Be organized, detail-oriented, self-directed, able to handle multiple assignments simultaneously, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and be willing to work in an international team.
