Capijobnew is seeking a skilled professional to oversee the management of a substantial production facility with a workforce of approximately 200 employees.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Direct a team exceeding 100 personnel
  • Establish and implement the strategic direction for the production facility while managing the related action plan
  • Lead and coordinate the operational committee of the site
  • Conduct discussions with social partners, including the Employee Representative Committee and union representatives, in collaboration with the Human Resources Manager
  • Act as the company's representative to clients in the oil and nuclear sectors
  • Ensure that quality, cost, and production timeline targets are achieved while promoting continuous improvement initiatives
  • Oversee projects associated with supply chain management
  • Efficiently allocate resources and budgets to maximize outcomes
  • Guarantee adherence to the quality management system and safety regulations of the production facility

Qualifications:

  • Degree in mechanical engineering or a comparable Master's qualification
  • Extensive experience in a related industrial field, particularly in pump manufacturing, in a comparable role as a production site manager
  • Proficient in financial, technical, and project planning aspects relevant to the site’s operations
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, notably SAP and Microsoft applications
  • Fluent in English for effective daily communication with team members
