Senior Analyst for LGD Models

You will be part of the Expert Models & Advisory (EMA) team as a Senior Analyst in charge of LGD models for specialized financing, focusing on project financing, real estate, aviation, and commodity financing.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct redesign, review, and recalibration exercises for specialized financing LGD models in compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with risk and front office experts to develop and refine LGD models, addressing scope and application issues.
- Prepare summary documents for users and supervisory bodies, contributing to updating rating system procedures.
- Present model changes to validation committees within Natixis and Groupe BPCE, and to supervisory bodies as required.
- Participate in the operational implementation of developed models and regulatory monitoring.
- Organize training sessions for credit and business analysts on new LGD model versions.
- Present model performance as part of annual backtesting exercises.

RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- A higher education in economics or finance.
- Proven experience in risk analysis, particularly in CIB, with a focus on technical and regulatory aspects.
- Familiarity with specialized financing concepts, LGD models, and credit risk models.
- Knowledge of corporate and investment bank businesses, as well as regulatory requirements (EBA guidelines, CRR3).
- Excellent communication, synthesis, and writing skills, with the ability to initiate innovative topics and structure studies.
- Rigorous and autonomous work habits.
- Proficiency in English with a C1 level.
