Within the Group of Digital & IT organization and attached to the Team Lead SAP Digital Sales, your key role will consist of being part of the roll-outs & contributing to the enhancements on the solution. You will evolve in an international context, with an ambitious Digital Transformation Program in progress on SAP S/4 HANA. This program will be mainly powered by a new SAP S/4Hana core model connected to several applications like Salesforce, IBP, MDG & PIM.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY

  • Become a functional lead on the Sales area.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Saint-Gobain business processes and strategy through a strong collaboration and a regular engagement with key stakeholders and business process owners.
  • Identify key enhancements and make sure that best practices are well adopted.
  • Collaborate with other streams to ensure end-to-end process integration and consistency.
  • Participate and/or lead in design sessions, demos, and prototype sessions, testing and training workshops with business users.
  • Guide the development team to develop, configure and implement the solution to meet business requirements.

PROFILE

  • 6+ years of experience on SD module and have a good understanding of the Supply chain modules
  • Strong configuration experience, ability to determine when to use configuration vs. code as well as advanced troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on an existing solution
  • Ability to translate functional specifications into technical design documents, provide estimates and deliver the desired functionality
  • Successful teamwork experience ability is required
  • Ability to easily adapt to a flexible & international environment
  • Demonstrate ability to communicate both verbally and in writing across all levels of the organization
  • Fluency in English & French with operational international exposure
  • The position is based in Paris La Defense and will require potential business trips.

EDUCATION

  • Master's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field required
  • SAP Certification is appreciated
