About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled R&D Controller to join our team in Drancy, Paris, France. As an R&D Controller, you will be responsible for analyzing and controlling the financial and operational performance of our R&D Center. You will work closely with the local finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and provide financial support to the CIR and annual audit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce finance key performance indicators for R&D costs through monthly reporting (OPEX and CAPEX)
- Follow customer contributions (OTP) and issue invoices
- Prepare internal invoices to the plant when production starts
- Compute hourly rate for R&D capitalization
- Support documentation for closing
- Be the contact point of auditors during yearly closing
- Make recommendations and analysis to support management decisions
- Compute the CIR grant amount in collaboration with Tax Department
- Collect documents for Tax Administration
- In charge of management fees process for the Brake Business Unit
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Business School or equivalent
- 2-3 years of experience in financial control in an international/automotive company
- Knowledge of accounting norms, regulations, and standards
- Good finance culture
- Good MS Office skills: Excel, PowerPoint
- Fluent English level
- Knowledge of SAP is an asset
