Job Description

Pernod Ricard is seeking a Global Packaging Procurement Intern to assist the global packaging procurement team in defining and implementing the purchasing strategy across the four pillars (Sustainable Development, Margin Protection, Innovation, Supply Chain Security) for secondary packaging.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementing procurement strategies, including drafting tender documents, evaluation reports, and contract award submissions.
  • Managing the update of pricing for strategic suppliers and coordinating the supplier performance process and business reviews.
  • Deploying the new supplier risk assessment and mitigation process and contributing to achieving the category's S&R objectives.
  • Providing analytical support, including preparing statistics, reports, and presentations, and keeping databases up to date.
Requirements:
  • Pursuing a Master's degree in Procurement, Business, or equivalent.
  • Previous internship in procurement is ideal.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and database management.
  • Rigorous, curious, and autonomous with good analysis and synthesis skills.
