AXA Group Operations is seeking a skilled Transformation/Change Management Officer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving our transformation and change management initiatives.
About the RoleThe Transformation/Change Management Officer will be responsible for defining and implementing the Global Target Operating Model for Data Centers. This includes organizing and leading workshops with stakeholders to define the new Global TOM, conducting specific workshops with Subject Matter Experts, and producing all documentation related to the Global TOM.
You will also be responsible for rolling out the Global TOM for AXA Data Centers, organizing Change Management activities, working closely with other ongoing programs and projects, identifying, training, or influencing key stakeholders, and maintaining/updating/centralizing documentation/processes.
About YouWe are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual with a deep understanding of the Group business strategy, Information Systems, and future directions of Insurance business and the IT industry. You should have a proven track record in Transformation and Change management activities, Process definition & improvement, and organizational transformation.
Key skills and competencies include good knowledge of Application and Infrastructure technologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to rapidly understand and exercise sound judgement on a range of complex and diverse issues.
