Emagine Consulting is seeking a seasoned Senior Change Manager to lead the people side of change in our digital transformation projects.
About the Role:We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Change Manager to oversee the seamless transition to new technological solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change management, with a focus on digital transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans to ensure a smooth transition to new technological solutions.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop strategies to engage and communicate with key stakeholders.
- Create communication plans to ensure timely and clear communication about changes, benefits, and impacts to all relevant stakeholders.
- Design and deliver training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to new digital tools and processes.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the success of change management efforts.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant change management experience in digital transformation projects.
- Change management diploma, certification, or similar qualification (APMG, ADKAR or PROSCI) desirable.
- Fluent English language skills.
