**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Silo Operations Specialist to join our team at Soufflet Agriculture. As a key member of our site team, you will be responsible for the reception and control of grains, as well as the maintenance of our site.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Receive and control grain deliveries by river barge or truck, ensuring compliance with client specifications (Corbeil Mill);
- Perform first-level maintenance on the site;
- Ensure site responsibility in terms of storage, maintenance, and upkeep.
**Requirements**
We are looking for a candidate with a BTSA or BAC Pro degree and prior experience in a silo environment. Strong knowledge of agricultural operations and a good understanding of the industry's ambitions are essential. You should also have experience with heavy machinery and be able to work independently.
