Role Overview

As a PHP Development Consultant, you will collaborate with digital entities, major corporate IS departments, and various startups. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Analyzing business user requirements
  • Creating technical specifications based on these requirements
  • Overseeing PHP development using customer-specific frameworks (e.g., Symfony, Zend)
  • Implementing testing and technical acceptance processes for developed solutions
  • Managing releases and integrating applications into the client's information system
In addition, as a Lead Developer, your role will encompass:
  • Making informed technical decisions for client solutions
  • Coordinating PHP development teams for Agile projects
  • Facilitating skill development for junior team members
  • Contributing to pre-sales documentation, including cost estimation and technical architecture
  • Maintaining the DAV' digital community through technology monitoring and participation in meetups and conferences
  • Assisting in the recruitment of new team members
Required Skills
