Your Responsibilities
As a member of our Medical Department, you will work closely with a Scientific/Copy Director. After undergoing training in our methodologies, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive analyses of peer-reviewed scientific literature across various therapeutic areas.
- Developing and writing medical and scientific communication materials for both print and digital platforms (including promotional, non-promotional, and educational content).
- Ensuring the scientific integrity and quality of documents, and with experience, their regulatory compliance.
- Collaborating with the creative team to enhance visual storytelling elements.
- Participating in client meetings and occasionally presenting your work.
You will serve as the primary medical contact for your assigned projects, providing insights on relevant medical and scientific topics as needed.

Ideal Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications
- An updated CV.
- An advanced degree (Master's, MSc, or PhD) in biology, pharmacy, or medicine; a specialization in marketing and communication is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical advertising or scientific communication is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Receptive to feedback on writing and projects.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Native English or fluent proficiency (C2 level required).
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in French is preferred (B1/B2 level).
