About the Role

We are seeking a Visual Merchandiser to join our team. As a Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating an engaging and inspiring shopping experience for our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing excellent customer service, offering style advice, and maintaining product knowledge
  • Analyzing sales data and leading the visual direction of the store
  • Installing window displays and creating visually appealing store layouts
  • Creating inspiring window displays and mannequins
  • Managing store inventory and assisting sales staff
  • Representing COS and providing an exceptional customer experience

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least one year of experience as a Visual Merchandiser or in a related role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A customer-centric approach with strong commercial skills
  • Motivation, adaptability, and a willingness to learn
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • A creative approach and interest in staying up-to-date with the latest trends and competitors
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including early mornings, weekends, and evenings
  • Fluent French language skills
