About the Job

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Textile Representative. As a Textile Representative, you will be responsible for working with our clients to provide them with high-quality textile products and services. This includes taking orders, managing inventory, and ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service.

Responsibilities:
  • Take orders from clients using a software system
  • Manage inventory and ensure that products are delivered on time
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to client inquiries
  • Work with the team to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of software systems
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 25 kg)
