Join our team as a Business Solution Owner - Field Service and drive the build of digital Core Solutions enabling Field Service business processes and organization from the business perspective.
About the RoleThe Field Service Business Solution Owner is responsible for owning the Field Service Core Solutions business backlog and documenting business requirements for Field Service, consistently with the core Field Service processes. This role will lead the arbitration for the business features to be developed within the Core Solutions and specifically for affiliates. Additionally, the Field Service Business Solution Owner will support the roll out of the Core Solutions in affiliates by bringing digital solution expertise and training, and run business user acceptance testing for the Core Solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Own the Field Service Core Solutions business backlog and document business requirements for Field Service, consistently with the core Field Service processes.
- Lead the arbitration for the business features to be developed within the Core Solutions and specifically for affiliates.
- Support the roll out of the Core Solutions in affiliates by bringing digital solution expertise and training.
- Run business user acceptance testing for the Core Solutions.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in home healthcare operations with expertise in Field Service.
- An appetite for becoming an expert of digital solutions in your field (includes Salesforce, tour optimization engine, mobile app supporting field service agents).
- The ability to challenge and translate processes and business needs into business requirements for digital solutions.
- The ability to prioritize business requirements and arbitrate, with good transversal leadership.
- Fluency in English as most activities are in English and teams are international.
