Senior Business Analyst

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and develop operational solutions. You will also be responsible for change management, ensuring seamless integration of changes and monitoring benefits.
As a key member of the France DBS (Digital Business Services) Transformation team, you will contribute to the delivery of large, complex projects and drive business outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
* Analysis with business/functions to define operational solutions/models within major priority programs
* Change management (analysis and implementation) to integrate change in a sustainable way and monitor benefits
* Actor in Program Management on planning, control, reporting, and risk reduction
* Anticipate and manage stakeholders' expectations
* Identify and analyze complex problems involving wider teams; generate feasible and creative solutions considering all aspects and consequences
* Challenge requirements and designs, propose innovative business solutions to realize agreed business outputs
* Coordinate, prioritize, and document requirements
* Manage End-to-End Change plan
Requirements include:
* Fluent English required, French appreciated
* Excellent communication (orally and in writing), interpersonal, and negotiation skills
* Ability to motivate and lead people, employing appropriate management styles
* Ability to make decisions
* Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) – Optional
* Lean Six Sigma Black Belt/Green Belt – Optional
