Job Title: Senior Business Analyst ServiceNow
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team at 0302 DXC Technology France. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for participating in gathering technical requirements, performing technical analysis and design, and developing program specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in gathering technical requirements through various techniques, including facilitated workshops and interviews.
- Perform technical analysis and design to the sub-system level.
- Develop program specifications for all levels of complexity.
- Code programs from high-level specifications or Derived Logical Processes (DLPs) on two or more technical platforms.
- Optimize program performance and maintainability.
- Raise business application prototypes to production levels.
- Define technical requirements to support data conversion efforts and execute automated and manual data cleaning procedures.
- Develop standards, templates, and procedures to aid in the development of required work products.
- Lead a team of 4-6 company resources in the area of expertise to conclusion of a project phase.
- Conduct performance and integration testing, analyze test results, and identify modifications or necessary improvements.
- Establish and maintain networking relationships with middle management in client organizations.
- Understand client needs and match them to relevant services or products.
- Manage client expectations.
- Communicate goals and critical success factors for the project.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or related field preferred.
- Five or more years of experience in technical analysis and design, preferably within a consulting environment.
- One to two years of relevant experience in a particular technical specialty area included.
- Experience working with techniques, tools, and approaches for application development and system integration.
- Experience working with techniques and approaches for selecting technical products and vendors.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong analysis and design skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment.
- Ability to devise creative technical solutions.
- Ability to convey a strong presence, professional image, and deal confidently with complex technical problems.
- Willingness to travel.
Work Environment:
- Office environment.
- May require evening or weekend work.
