We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our Global Retail Media Strategy team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our strategy by analyzing internal business data, generating actionable insights, and driving fact-based decision-making.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Data Analysis: Analyze internal business data to provide actionable insights into our performance and development opportunities.
- Strategic Evaluation: Evaluate the impact of critical Product needs and contribute to sizing the impact of feature needs as part of client RFP processes.
- Success Measurement: Monitor business KPIs to measure the effectiveness of strategic initiatives and projects.
- Ad-Hoc Analysis: Develop and maintain deep knowledge of Criteo Retail Media products and technologies as they evolve.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other teams (Product, R&D, Commercial, Operations teams...) and contribute to strategic cross-functional projects.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst who possesses:
- Proven Experience: Proven experience in Data Analytics in a high growth environment.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: A passion for data-driven decision-making and product/process optimization.
- Analytical Skills: Outstanding analytical skills, with the ability to distill quantitative concepts into easily understandable formats for all levels of the organization.
- Technical Skills: Fluency in the core toolkit of Data Analytics, with proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Enthusiastic about working cross-functionally to achieve common objectives.
