About the Role:
We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Barman/Barmaid to provide top-notch service to our discerning clientele. As a key member of our bar team, you'll be responsible for crafting exceptional cocktails, managing inventory, and ensuring seamless service delivery. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will make you a valuable asset to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a memorable experience
- Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, using fresh ingredients and creative flair
- Manage inventory, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and ensure efficient service delivery
- Supervise junior staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cocktail trends and techniques, ensuring our bar remains a leader in the industry
Requirements:
- Fluency in French and excellent communication skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a 5-star hotel or luxury bar environment
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional service and meeting high standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and multitasking
- Knowledge of cocktail techniques and ingredients, with a passion for innovation and creativity
