About the Role:
We're seeking a skilled Barman/Barmaid to join our team at the Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat, A Four Seasons Hotel. As a key member of our bar team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our discerning clientele. With a strong knowledge of cocktails and a keen eye for detail, you'll ensure that every drink is crafted with precision and presented with flair.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their every need is met with a smile
- Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, using only the finest ingredients and techniques
- Supervise and train junior bar staff to maintain high standards of service and quality
- Manage bar inventory and ordering to ensure efficient stock levels and minimize waste
- Work collaboratively with the rest of the team to deliver seamless service and exceed guest expectations
Requirements:
- Fluent French and excellent English language skills
- Previous experience in a high-end bar or restaurant environment
- Strong knowledge of cocktails and mixology techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm
