This role involves ensuring the maintenance and repair of properties, managing subcontractors and client interfaces, and coordinating property maintenance and repairs.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee maintenance and repair activities to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet safety standards.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize disruptions and extend the lifespan of property systems and equipment.
- Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure quality and timely completion of maintenance and repair tasks.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly.
- Support the account manager in managing property financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.
- Generate periodic reports on property performance, financials, and maintenance activities.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, including building users, contractors, and vendors.
Requirements:
- Degree in a relevant field, such as property management or facility management.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of property management principles, best practices, and local regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in property management software and MS Office Suite.
Language: English (courant ou bilingue anglais/français)
Salary: 45/50 K€ + Bonus
