Job Summary:

Canada Goose is seeking a Seasonal Retail Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and contributing to a positive and productive store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer journey.
  • Meet or exceed personal sales and key performance targets, contributing to driving store results.
  • Attend and participate in all store meetings, events, and product knowledge sessions.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive store environment through effective communication, teamwork, and collaboration.
  • Support upkeeping the overall physical store maintenance, standards, and cleanliness.
  • Effectively organize the stock room and efficiently process inbound and outbound shipments in support of delivering a seamless customer journey.
  • Advise customers on product recommendations through expert product knowledge.
  • Demonstrate curiosity and passion for learning and development by participating in all educational initiatives.
  • Accurately and efficiently utilize point of sale (POS) systems and operational tools in compliance with Canada Goose standards.
  • Follow all standard operating procedures with excellence.
  • Actively seek feedback to improve performance and cultivate personal and professional growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused environment.
  • Bonus points for previous experience working with luxury brands in high volume locations.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and must be flexible to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent time management, organization, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Good understanding of store operations and driving sales performance.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high attention to detail and adaptability.
  • Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
  • Proficiency in another language, Mandarin speaking preferred.
