We are seeking an experienced Emergency Rehabilitation Manager to join our team at Handicap International-Humanity & Inclusion. As a key member of our Emergency Department, you will be responsible for defining the operational, technical, budgetary, and logistical framework for emergency physical and functional rehabilitation interventions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop project management, monitoring, and evaluation tools and monitor their implementation.
  • Manage the project team, including defining the project organization chart and job descriptions, recruiting, and monitoring team performance.
  • Contribute to the mobilization of public and private stakeholders to ensure the inclusion of vulnerability and disability in their programs and initiatives.
  • Participate in formalization and capitalization work in your area of expertise.
Requirements
  • Additional training in project management and development/humanitarian operations or equivalent, preferably in the field of international humanitarian action.
  • Fluency in English and French.
  • Proficiency in Pack Office.
