Pilot Instructor RoleWe are seeking an experienced Pilot Instructor to join our team. As a Pilot Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional ground and simulator flight instruction to clients, ensuring they meet the highest standards of aviation safety and proficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct pilot ground and simulator training for clients, adhering to aviation regulations and FlightSafety Training principles.
- Develop and prepare training materials to support training delivery, meeting client needs and curriculum requirements.
- Evaluate and measure trainee progress, recommending qualification or additional training as needed.
- Complete accurate training records for each client, supporting their success in achieving training objectives.
- Maintain Instructor qualifications in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Hold or have held FAA/EASA ATPL licenses.
- At least 1,500 hours of pilot experience in multi-pilot aircraft or 1,500 hours in multi-pilot operations and 500 hours as PIC on single-pilot aircraft.
