Job Description

We are seeking experienced and novice bar staff, mixologists, who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and contributing to our ambitious and growing business. As a member of our team, you will work under the supervision of our Bar Manager, who will oversee the teams and ensure a high level of service quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Develop and implement creative cocktail menus and promotions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in mixology
• Contribute to the success of our restaurant and pizzeria by providing excellent service and support to our teams

Requirements

• Passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Knowledge of mixology and cocktails is an asset
