Customer Technical Support and Sales Support Role

We're committed to shaping a better future for everyone. As a customer technical support and sales support professional, you'll play a key role in helping us achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive technical support to customers, serving as the technical and commercial contact for Landis+Gyr France on our entire portfolio of products and solutions.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely information, responsiveness, and technical assistance.
  • Meet the needs of export customers, transforming their needs into orders for products and services.
  • Define products with the best export sales potential and assimilate the competitive advantages of Landis+Gyr.
  • Prepare offers and responses to calls for tenders on all export projects, subject to validation by the Sales Director.
  • Support the Customer Program Manager in product management activities.
  • Offer, develop, and deliver customer training to generate additional business.

The role is based at Montlucon (Allier). We're looking for a professional with a strong background in electronics engineering, sales, and commerce, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience in a technical function related to our business lines.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand complex customer problems and provide technical support to sales teams.
  • Experience in project management.
