Job Title: Customer Technical Support & Sales Support

Landis+Gyr AG is a leading global provider of integrated energy management solutions. We measure and analyze energy utilization to generate empowering analytics for smart grid and infrastructure management, enabling utilities and consumers to reduce energy consumption.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Technical Support & Sales Support professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales and support team, you will be responsible for providing proactive technical support to all customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and defining products with the best export sales potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers, being the technical/commercial contact for Landis+Gyr France on the Group's entire portfolio of products/solutions.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction in terms of information, responsiveness, and technical assistance on products.
  • Define products in the Group's range with the best export sales potential.
  • Prepare offers and responses to calls for tenders on all Export projects, for validation by the Sales Director.
  • Provide active support to the Customer Program Manager on the Product Management activity.
  • Offer, develop, and deliver customer training when possible, contributing to generating additional business.
Requirements:
  • Electronics engineering degree supplemented by a specialization in Sales/Commerce.
  • Mastery of electronics, computer science, and software.
  • Written and oral English.
  • At least 10 years' experience in a technical function (support, development, production) related to the company's business lines (metering and communications).
  • Demonstrated ability to understand a complex customer problem, propose elaborate solutions, and provide technical support to a sales team.
