Role Overview: Senior Pre-Sales Consultant

Fluid Topics revolutionizes technical documentation by transforming it into tailored content experiences that captivate users throughout their product journey. A vital aspect of the Sales process involves crafting compelling demonstrations that address the specific needs and challenges of potential clients.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Sales, Professional Services, and Product & Engineering teams to identify customer requirements, customize solutions, and develop prototypes leveraging your functional and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Sales team in their pre-sales initiatives:
    • Provide expert guidance on Fluid Topics
    • Showcase the value proposition and unique advantages of Fluid Topics across all levels within Enterprise Accounts
    • Participate in and respond to RFI/RFP procurement processes
    • Estimate and confirm the necessary professional services
  • Attend technical discussions, create proof of concepts, and conduct tailored demonstrations
  • Perform technical evaluations on products and report on technological advancements
  • Stay informed about the rapid pace of Product releases
  • Develop and maintain materials (demos, documentation, etc.) for commercial presentations
  • Provide insights to the Product Team (PM, PO, UX/UI designers)
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Enthusiastic about understanding clients' business needs, environments, and data to create precise custom demonstrations
  • Demonstrates adaptability, creativity, honesty, and flexibility
  • Capable of working efficiently under pressure
  • Possesses a strong appetite for challenges
  • Technical skills should encompass web technologies, data formats (XML, JSON), and programming/scripting languages
  • Knowledgeable about the specific requirements of enterprise solutions (compliance, certifications, security)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, adept at collaborating with various stakeholders
  • Proficient in English
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience, including at least 2 years in a SaaS Presales role
