Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Product Development Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for building a validation strategy for our products currently under development, working closely with our Program Managers to ensure that our products meet market requirements.
As a Product Development Specialist, you will perform regular competitive intelligence and provide analyses on product functions, challenging our internal technical choices and ensuring that our products remain competitive in the market.
Key Responsibilities:

- Perform regular competitive intelligence and provide analyses on product functions, challenging our internal technical choices.
- Maintain a product dashboard, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing regular updates to the team.
Requirements:
- Engineering or project management background, with a strong understanding of product development and validation processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
This is a full-time trainee position, lasting between 4-6 months. The role will involve working closely with our Product Manager Electrolyzers, reporting to them and working as part of a dynamic and multicultural team.
