Job Summary

Columbia Sportswear Company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Associate. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our Distribution Center by receiving, labeling, and shipping products to meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and inspect incoming products, verifying accuracy and completeness
  • Label and inventory products, utilizing Warehouse Management System (WMS) to ensure accountability
  • Load and unload material using hand trucks, forklifts, and other handling equipment
  • Operate manual or automated material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and order pickers
  • Maintain positive communication with management, staff, and other departments to ensure efficient operation
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You should also be comfortable operating manual and automated material handling equipment.
