Job Summary

Columbia Sportswear Company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Distribution Center team as a Warehouse Associate. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth flow of products from our Distribution Center to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process incoming products, accurately labeling and inventorying them for shipment.
  • Load and unload materials within the warehouse or storage facility, utilizing hand trucks, forklifts, and other handling equipment as needed.
  • Verify the accuracy of packing and shipping, ensuring that all units are accounted for and properly labeled.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, disposing of empty cartons and other waste as necessary.
  • Operate manual or automated material handling equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers, with precision and care.
  • Communicate effectively with all Columbia Sportswear management, staff, and departments to ensure the smooth flow of information and efficient operation of the organization.
