We are seeking talented professionals to become part of the Veeva Business Consulting team within the Research & Development domain. In the role of Consultant, you will oversee workstreams on consulting initiatives for our R&D clientele, ensuring comprehensive management of project execution. This position is remote, with opportunities available throughout Europe.

- Develop, construct, and deliver project outputs to achieve defined objectives
- Proactively identify and address client challenges
- Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding project-related inquiries
- Supervise the tasks and priorities of Associate Consultants within your team
- Mentor and support Associates to enhance their professional skills
- Cultivate trusted relationships with customer stakeholders
- Provide valuable industry insights to clients
- Contribute to business development initiatives and proposals
- Assist in the creation of thought leadership content
- Bachelor's or Master's degree with a strong academic background
- Minimum of 2 years of consulting experience
- Solid foundation in Life Sciences with a focus on R&D or related fields
- Familiarity with technologies utilized in R&D and Veeva's platforms
- Understanding of digital technology in health and life sciences
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Proven leadership in achieving project outcomes
- Effective project management skills
- Proficient in facilitating team collaboration
- Excellent communication skills in English and local languages
- Advanced degrees such as Ph.D. or MBA
- Experience with digital technologies and SaaS solutions
- Proficiency in additional European languages
