We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Learning Designer and E-Learning Content Integrator to join our team at Automotive Cells Company (ACC). As a key member of our CSR Culture and Social Impact team, you will play a crucial role in redesigning our CSR training course to enhance participant engagement and improve the overall learning experience.
Key Responsibilities- Update existing CSR training content by restructuring and modifying chapters on responsible sourcing and carbon footprint, in collaboration with in-house experts.
- Integrate raw content and utilize resources such as images, infographics, videos, and sound effects to create engaging e-learning modules.
- Generate and integrate voice-overs and sound effects for modules, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Design and integrate infographics into e-learning modules to facilitate better understanding and retention.
- Contribute to improving the ergonomics of current training by developing a module template and parameterizing training modules, ensuring intuitive navigation and ease of use.
- Translate modules into German and test them before deployment.
- Analyze and correct reported anomalies to ensure a high-quality learning experience.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Educational Engineering, Digital Engineering, or Multimedia/Communication.
- Previous experience in educational design, multimedia, and graphic creation.
- Strong passion for training and familiarity with the digital world.
- Proficiency in Genial.Ly instructional design software.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, PPT, etc.).
- Knowledge of UI/UX design and LMS tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and project management abilities to meet deadlines.
- Strong team spirit, curiosity, and ability to work with business experts and internal customers.
- Fluent in English and French.
