About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tech Lead Billing Specialist to join our team at Accor. As a key member of our technology department, you will be responsible for the full life cycle of the billing and e-invoicing application from a technological standpoint.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve billing solutions and e-invoicing systems to ensure they meet industry standards and compliance requirements.
- Manage integrations and ensure system scalability, security, performance, and reliability.
- Oversee hosting and manage technical third-party providers.
- Manage third-party contracts, support, and licenses linked to the software strategy of Accor.
- Oversee and manage maintenance and end-user support across all levels.
- Ensure the Security and Compliance of the platform.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
Technical Requirements:
- Excellent proficiency in Salesforce Billing or Zuora Billing or Kansys edge systems.
- Proven track record in managing and maintaining one or multiple applications related to financial billing and e-invoicing processes.
- Comprehensive knowledge of IT processes (incident, problem, and change management).
- Several experiences in leading application teams.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Goal-oriented and focused on delivery.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
