Are you a seasoned Salesforce professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for leading teams and driving technical innovation? We're seeking an experienced Salesforce Tech Lead to join our Digital & Business Factory team at Accor.

About the Role

As a Salesforce Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers in the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions that meet the needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions
  • Develop and maintain technical roadmaps and architectures for Salesforce solutions
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and standards
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in software development
  • 2+ years of experience on the Salesforce platform
  • Strong leadership and technical skills
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
