Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Trial Coordinator with financial expertise to join our team at PAR Fortrea France SARL. As a Clinical Trial Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the successful execution of clinical trials, with a focus on financial management and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support tasks associated with study start-up initiation, including financial planning and budgeting.
- Collaborate with finance and budgeting representatives to develop country and site budgets, track and report on negotiations, and maintain tracking tools.
- Work with investigators, vendors, and grants to ensure compliance with financial procedures and monitor adherence to disclosures.
- Manage clinical supply and non-clinical supply, including labeling requirements and coordination of translation change requests.
- Prepare and validate hospital overheads, negotiate hospital contracts, and manage relations with hospitals and clinical research directories.
- Support the preparation of submission packages for IRB/ERC and regulatory agencies, and publish study results as required.
- Organize meetings, create and track study memos, letters, and protocols, and support local investigator meetings.
Requirements:
- Bilingual in French and English.
- Ability to drive and possess a valid driver's license.
- Ability and willingness to present at internal and external meetings.
- Previous experience in hospital contracts negotiations, preparation and validation of hospital overheads, vendor's management, and invoicing.
