Job Summary
We are looking for a talented and experienced Internal Controller H/F to join our client, a human-sized mutual insurance company specializing in health and individual and collective previsions. The successful candidate will be responsible for participating in the management of risks, developing and updating the internal control and risk management reference framework, evaluating the operational internal and delegated risk management system, and actively contributing to the second-level risk management line.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the risk and opportunity mapping (update, coverage, indicators tracking)
- Actively participate in the fight against fraud, money laundering, and terrorism financing, and desertion
- Accompany and supervise junior staff or other departments' work
- Define, perform, and supervise second-level controls
- Define, produce, collect, and analyze key indicators and implement the alert and escalation process
- Accompany and follow up on recommendations issued during internal or external audits
- Perform or pilot permanent or punctual controls
- Develop, consolidate, update, and track the execution of:
- Plans of action (PA) on major risks, recommendations from controllers (ACPR, CAC, others)
- Plans of permanent controls (PCP) for services
- Manage internal and external documentation for CI and GDR: elaboration of reports, synthesis, policies, procedures, collection, study, analysis, and organization of conservation of external source elements
- Pilot and participate in compliance projects
Requirements
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Internal Controller H/F with a strong background in risk management and internal control. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a relevant field (Audit and Control, IAE, Master Audit and Internal Control) and a minimum of 3 years of experience in internal control in a mutual insurance company, institution of previsions, or insurance company.
