Are you an experienced IT project leader seeking a new opportunity in the realm of human resources and consulting? As a key member of the Cloud Delivery Solution team, you will oversee SAP payroll initiatives, ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction.

Position Overview:

  • Manage operational relationships with clients, ensuring commitments are met
  • Prepare for projects, establish planning and governance frameworks
  • Oversee overall project timelines and monitor progress
  • Coordinate team members at Alight, delegating tasks effectively
  • Facilitate comprehensive project management
  • Provide support for technical and functional issue resolution
  • Implement quality assurance and manage risks

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or a related field
  • 4-5 years of consulting experience in ERP, HRIS, or IT project management
  • Fluency in French and proficiency in English
  • Strong interest in HR technology and consulting
  • Familiarity with EC, ECP, and/or SAP HCM is advantageous
  • Experience in payroll processes is a plus
