Drive Growth and Innovation in Trade Marketing

As a Category Development Expert at Mondelez International, you will play a critical role in driving growth and innovation in trade marketing. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute selling programs related to category innovation, distribution, merchandising, and promotional plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute category plans, working collaboratively with category teams, insights, and customer business teams.
  • Provide thought leadership internally and externally around brand and category initiatives, including promotional strategy and budget planning.
  • Lead the delivery of category dashboards and fundamentals, recommending corrective actions to ensure targets are met.
  • Ongoing assessment of critical baseline volume opportunities and risks, leading initiatives to optimize category performance.
