Our mission is to enhance operational efficiency across various sectors by leveraging our expertise in managing the functionality of multiple applications. We provide project support, conduct comprehensive studies on information systems, and oversee various projects related to these systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support a variety of applications, ensuring smooth configuration and management of any anomalies or updates.
  • Act as a liaison between users and vendors, ensuring user requirements are clearly defined and met.
  • Maintain operational integrity of applications within the unit's scope.

Additional Duties

  • Manage functional repositories and user permissions.
  • Establish management protocols and provide first-level user assistance.
  • Draft detailed requests for functional enhancements and assess the nature and urgency of issues.
  • Conduct functional testing for new application versions and keep users informed about updates.
Candidate Profile

We are seeking an individual with a Bachelor's degree in a scientific or digital discipline, possessing a solid foundation in computer science. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively interact with both users and the development team. Proficiency in English is advantageous for collaboration with our American vendor.
