We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at SATP, a leading provider of public works and road maintenance services in the Aubenas region. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of various projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in the selection of techniques and means, and optimize execution modes
- Present and explain the project to your team
- Ensure the provision of materials and order equipment
- Supervise the work of your VRD team
- Coordinate the activity of subcontractors and manage relationships with residents
- Participate in weekly project meetings, alone or with the project manager
- Ensure compliance with quality requirements and safety protocols, including collective and individual equipment
- Control the work performed until perfect completion
- Write daily reports (staff, materials, equipment, subcontracting) and calculate the necessary elements for invoicing
- Ensure the good completion of the work and assist with reception
- Collect and transmit the necessary elements for the recolement of the work
- Bachelor's degree in Public Works and/or experience in a similar role
- Strong interest in managing a small team
- Rigorous, organized, and able to manage risks
- Sense of responsibility and commitment, exemplarity
- Positive attitude, respect for others, and a sense of teamwork
- Will to commit to the long term with us (possible evolution to project manager)
- Valid driver's license
