We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our team at KPMG-France, specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering ERP transformation projects to our clients, leveraging your expertise in finance, procurement, and supply chain management.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement ERP strategies for clients, including selection of partners and vendors
- Conduct business needs assessments and develop project plans
- Lead AMOA (Analysis, Modeling, Optimization) activities
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for clients
- Develop and deliver high-quality deliverables, including project reports and presentations
- Conduct testing and integration activities
- Provide training and support to clients on ERP system usage
- Assist clients in implementing and stabilizing ERP solutions
- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, business, or finance
- At least 4 years of experience in ERP implementation projects, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics AX or D365 Finance and Supply Chain
- Strong expertise in MS Dynamics AX/365 Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain modules
- Experience with General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Asset, Procurement, or Supply Chain modules
- Certification in one or more Finance, Procurement, or Supply Chain modules is a plus
- Proven track record of participating in at least one transformation project
- Curiosity, dynamism, organization, entrepreneurship, and excellent synthesis and work capacity
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Strong presentation and workshop facilitation skills
- Excellent English language skills
