P&C Risk Analyst

The AXA Group is seeking a highly skilled P&C Risk Analyst to join our team in Paris, Zürich, or Madrid. As a key member of our risk management team, you will play a crucial role in analyzing, modeling, and aggregating the Group's risks.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the Group referent for the Solvency 2 process, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Identify and understand the needs, priorities, and strategies of AXA entities and the Group regarding capital requirements for the P&C business.
- Support AXA entities in defining capital optimization strategies, challenging capital requirement calculations, and ensuring process and validation.
- Develop and implement actuarial methodologies, models, and risk frameworks, including large losses, reserves, and catastrophe risk.
- Evaluate and lead analysis projects from start to finish, using internal resources or external suppliers.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficiency in IT skills, including R, and experience with Remetrica is a plus.
- Strong project management and analytical abilities.
- Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
- A master's degree in actuarial science, mathematics/statistics, or engineering.
- 3 to 5 years of successful experience in P&C, risk management, or actuarial consulting.
