**About Malteurop**

Malteurop is a leading global malt producer, operating in 14 countries with 24 industrial sites and 1,110 employees. Our business unit ME-FA consists of 7 production sites in 2 countries (France and Germany).

**Your Mission**

As a Supply Chain Assistant, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining commercial relationships with clients, both in French and English. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Forecasting: Collecting client needs, entering them into the system, and communicating them to the planning team. Comparing forecasted and actual volumes, and alerting clients to any discrepancies.
  • Contract Management: Entering commercial and quality service information into the system, verifying that client orders are executed according to contract terms, and monitoring quantities ordered and alerting clients to any deviations.
  • Order Management: Collecting client orders and entering them into the system, ensuring the smooth execution of the process until invoicing.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (Bac+3 to Bac+5).
  • Excellent English language skills to communicate with international clients.
  • Proficiency in German would be an asset.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
