**Job Summary**

We're seeking a Software Engineer to lead a multi-disciplined team of software engineers. Your goal will be to deliver high-quality software that transforms the construction industry. You'll work closely with PMs, SMs, Tech Leads, and QAs in an agile team to deliver software. Key responsibilities include:

* Working alongside PMs, SMs, Tech Leads, and QAs in an agile team to deliver software
* Previous background in a similar software engineering role
* Strong expertise in PHP/Symfony, MySQL, ElasticSearch
* Experience with unit testing
* Awareness of current trends and developments in software engineering
* Experience with Agile (Scrum) methodologies and project management
* Degree-level or equivalent education in a relevant subject such as computer sciences, computer engineering, information management systems, software development, or business information systems
* Experience in Javascript/Angular/NodeJS would be advantageous
* Strong team worker with the ability to work within an Agile (Scrum) framework
* High level of autonomy and the ability to develop an idea into a viable software module with minimum supervision

**Responsibilities**

* Design, code, test, and debug technical solutions, including complex components, ensuring quality standards are achieved
* Collaborate with other team members to help specify, design, and develop software, meeting product requirements
* Work with the security team to ensure data security standards are met at all times
* Communicate frequently with Scrum Master and Development Manager
