Job Title: Software Development Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Software Development Team Lead to join our team at reha team Busch GmbH & Co. KG. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for leading a team of software developers, managing the software development process, and collaborating with other team leads and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of software developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
  • Manage the software development process, including setting goals, creating timelines, and monitoring progress.
  • Collaborate with other team leads, product owners, and project managers to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, review code, and ensure high-quality standards are met.
  • Provide technical expertise and help drive innovation within the team.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve the team's processes and performance.
Requirements:
  • Several years of experience in software development, with a focus on leading teams and projects.
  • Experience in Web Application Development with JEE and Web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, JSP, Servlet.
  • Experience with web development Frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, Struts, and Lucene.
  • Experience with front-end frameworks such as JQuery and Angular.
  • Experience with Relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL).
  • Experience with Git, SVN, or other version control systems.
  • Strong analytical and object-oriented design capabilities.
  • Effective English written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and support team members.
