Plan Approval Surveyor - Systems

About the Role

As a Plan Approval Surveyor - Systems, you will be responsible for conducting plan reviews for various types of ships under construction in France or abroad. You will work closely with our global network to ensure compliance with applicable regulations, including Class and statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct technical studies and reviews of propulsion systems, electrical engineering, energy engineering, and mechanical engineering
  • Assist the operational network for ships in service throughout their life, including modifications and transformations
  • Manage technical and contractual monitoring, ensuring quality and timeliness of reviews
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Graduate degree in naval engineering or relevant field
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of propulsion systems, electrical engineering, energy engineering, and mechanical engineering
  • Proficiency in computer tools and excellent writing and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team and adapt to various situations
  • Proficiency in English for effective communication with our network and clients
