Key Responsibilities:- Ensure inventory management and control.
- Install and operate power plants in compliance with prefectural orders.
- Record production data on the manufacturing register and complete the software production report.
- Account for material needs and ensure their availability.
- Participate in equipment maintenance, repairs, overhauls, calibration, and metrology, ensuring proper use and reporting any anomalies.
- Propose requests for consumable purchases and guarantee regular production in conjunction with laboratory technicians.
- Respect formulations from the Technical Department and report any production incidents.
- Ensure compliance with daily productions and good control of manufacturing processes, particularly in the context of internal control.
- Write manufacturing reports and ensure the management of the plant by adhering to the formulation catalog in the production software.
- Ensure the regular rotation of transport trucks.
- Ensure proper use of equipment and prepare the major repair program.
- Submit the program to production and implement necessary actions in case of alert and refusal thresholds being exceeded.
- Participate in sample taking, carry out internal controls according to the control plan, and perform visual inspections of finished products.
- Report to the line manager on monitoring elements of the QSE system and any factory events.
- Participate in the information and daily maintenance of site documents.
- Participate in the evaluation of suppliers and subcontractors.
- Participate in safety and environment risk assessment analyses, as well as their prevention.
- Follow the maintenance plans established by the site manager.
- Participate in factory calibration operations.
- Validate and record customer orders and plan production on the daily and/or weekly schedule.
- Maintain permanent contact with site managers to update requests and organize deliveries, specifying specific conditions.
- Welcome suppliers and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with loading and unloading protocols with stakeholders.
- BTS or Bac Pro electrical engineering training, electromechanical, or industrial maintenance, or equivalent.
- Hierarchical or functional attachment: Head of post.
- Internal relations: Site manager.
- External relations: customers, partners, subcontractors.
