Your Responsibilities
In a team of around ten professionals, you will be tasked with creating a production strategy within the banking or insurance application sector, overseeing daily operations, and coordinating technical modifications and activities.
Your specific responsibilities include:
- Offering your expertise to development and study teams
- Implementing processes in monitoring and scheduling tools while ensuring adherence to production standards;
- Executing deliveries in testing and production environments;
- Developing documentation related to application operations (operating procedures...)
- Maintaining communication with management (internal teams)
- Managing incidents until full resolution (N3) and associated technical interventions
- Optimizing, ensuring reliability, and securing existing processes and their performance
You will engage with a diverse technical environment:
- Systems: MVS and its subsystems (DB2, IMS), Windows, Unix
- Scripting: JCL, Shell dos, bash, or ksh commands
- Tools: TWS scheduler, Pelican / CFT

Your Profile
Holding a degree in Computer Science, you possess at least 3 years of experience in IT production.
You demonstrate a strong command of technical English.
Being methodical, meticulous, and self-sufficient, you exhibit analytical capabilities and proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
