Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Management Lead to join our dynamic team at Turner & Townsend. This full-time role focuses on overseeing complex projects within the battery manufacturing sector, contributing to our reputation as a market leader in high-tech industrial developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary interface with clients, ensuring effective communication and project delivery.
  • Manage all aspects of procurement, including pre-qualification, bid analysis, and contractual documentation.
  • Oversee post-contract cost management, including variance analysis and change control processes.
  • Prepare and present monthly cost reports to clients, maintaining transparency and accountability.
  • Collaborate with clients and consultants throughout all project stages to ensure alignment and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing major construction projects, particularly in the battery, semi-conductor, chemicals, industrial, manufacturing, data centers, or pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Expertise in either pre-contract cost planning or post-contract commercial management.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical, process, electrical, and plumbing systems related to construction.
  • Knowledge of civil, structural, and architectural aspects pertinent to project execution.
  • Ability to lead cost management efforts on medium to large-scale projects with varying complexity.
  • Familiarity with construction industry technical matters, including procurement routes and value engineering.
  • Fluency in both French and English is preferred.
